The cutting and the bonding of the vine

The cutting takes place from February to March. It consists to conserve woods which give fruits.

The bonding takes place immediately after the cutting. It consists in fixing stalks on the thread.

The disbudding and the tying

The disbudding consists to eliminate the buds in too big abondance.

The tying takes place in June/July. It consists to sort out yhe stalks to give a good aeration to the grapes for the next grape harvest.

The grape harvests

During the grape harvests which take place in September, we employ 20 people to cut the grapes by hand. The grapes need to be healthy and not crushed. The grapes are pressed as soon as they are picked.
