Pressoir

The press and the wine storehouse

During the grape harvest the grapes arrive at the press.

We are just creating a new vintage : this wine is oak aged.

The disgorging

Disgorging consists to eliminate the deposit which the remuage concentrated in the neck of the bottle.

The packaging

It consists to package the bottle with the label. The champagne is ready to be sold.

Our cellars

Our special vintages are ageeing in our cellar before being sold.
